毕业于山东潍坊医学院临床医学系，毕业后在山东中西医结合大学、山东协会医学院临床医院担任临床医学工作、从事泌尿外科及临床教学工作18年，并担任多项科研工作，具有扎实的理论基础和丰富的临床经验。曾获省级、市级科技进步奖4项，参加撰写著作5部、国内省内交流发表的论文有24篇，连续6年为省级男科学会、泌尿外科学会委员。

　　对临床泌尿外科、男性不育等各类原因引起的疾病诊断治疗有丰富的经验；对各种泌尿外科开放手术，以及目前国际国内的前列腺电切、激光治疗、腹腔镜、不育症、泌尿外科方面的微创治疗有独特的造诣，并开展膀胱镜、肾镜、输尿管镜各种新技术，对泌尿外科中精索静脉微创治疗、输精管显微镜下吻合技术，性功能障碍（人工假体置入术）、无精症的诊治、内分泌紊乱引起的不育，泌尿系统感染（前列腺炎）等方面有丰富的经验。
