柳秉乾 院长 主任医师

　　1965年毕业于南京医科大学医学院，65年以来历任瑞金医院普外科住院医师，上海市第一人民医院住院医师、住院总医师、主治医师、副主任医师、副教授、主任医师，上海交通大学医学院教授，上海中医药大学兼职教授，1992年享受国务院特殊津贴，2000年度被授予上海市劳动模范称号、1991年上海市卫生局系统优秀党员、多次获得上海市精神文明建设优秀组织者称号、支持工会工作好领导、上海市十佳院校长、上海市卫生局系统好公仆、上海市红十字会先进个人、上海交通大学医学院顾问委员会委员、全国百佳医院优秀院长、全国卫生系统先进工作者、中华医学会外科分会委员，任上海市卫生系列高级专业技术职务、资格评审委员会综合专业学科组成员、上海医科大学第六届学位委员会委员、肿瘤杂志副主编、国际消化病杂志编辑委员会顾问、国外医学、消化系统疾病分册第四届编辑委员会委员、使用老年医学编委、老年医学与保健编委等。

　　1984年任上海市第一人民医院副院长，1994年至2006年任上海市第一人民医院院长，1998年至2003年为虹口区人民代表，2003年当选为上海市十二届人民代表大会常务委员会委员、教科文卫委员。

朱竞光 主任医师、教授、博士生导师、高级顾问

　　曾就读于原上海圣约翰大学医学院，毕业于上海第二医科大学。从事泌尿外科工作四十余年，历任上海市第一人民医院分院院长顾问、泌尿外科主任、第二医科大学外科学教授，世界中医药科技学院博士。曾多次应邀赴日内瓦世界卫生组织总部、英国、法国等地参加学术交流，并在国内专业医学报刊上发表论文数十篇。在四十余年的临床工作中，成功地运用中西医结合治疗由各种原因引起的男女不孕不育症患者不计其数，遍及大江南北，为我国中西医结合治疗不孕不育症工作做出了巨大贡献。

　　先后荣获“优秀知识分子”、“医苑新星”导师、“卫生学科带头人”等荣誉、 获得上海市科学技术进步二等奖、享受政府特殊津贴，世界中医药科技学院博士。

程怀瑾 教授、主任医师

　　中国中西医结合学会泌尿专业委员会全国委员、上海中西医结合学会男科专业委员会主任委员、美国和比利时泌尿外科学会会员、国家自然科学基金专家委员会评审专家，多次荣获上海市劳动模范、着名专家称号、 享受国务院特殊津贴。

　　作为高级访问学者多次应邀赴比利时、台湾、新加坡、香港、瑞士、意大利、加拿大等地讲课、交流访问。

　　曾获得上海市重大科研成果三等奖。1987年研制的“慢性前列腺炎局部给药导管”系国内外首创，获国家发明三等奖，为前列腺炎治疗提供了一种新的治疗方法。1994年研制“助阳灵的研制及临床应用”获上海市卫生局重大科技成果三等奖。

　　先后撰写论文40余篇，编写各种医学专业书籍12本，另有7篇论文刊登于国外着名杂志，先后获各类国家专利证书4项。擅长于男性前列腺疾病、男性性功能障碍、男性不育症及男性泌尿系疾病的诊断与治疗。

黄敏丽 教授、主任医师、博士生导师、高级顾问

　　上海复旦大学附属妇产科医院教授、曾任上海医科大学妇产科医院副院长、 现任上海医科大学妇产科教授、中华医学会老年学会委员、中华医学会和中华医学会防绝经学会委员、中华医学会骨质疏松委员会委员、中华医学会上海分会骨质疏松学会副主任委员、中华预防学会远程教学首席教师、卫生部继续教育性激素替代治疗上海培训中心副主任、老年医学保健杂志、中国临床杂志、中国抗感染化疗杂志委员。

　　毕业于上海医科大学医疗系，历年来发表论文50余篇，主编我国第一部老年妇科学及绝经后骨质疏松防治（于1998年中国科技出版社出版），并参加编写《妇科肿瘤学》、《急诊抢救学》、《妇产科疑难杂症诊治集》等书刊。承担九五攻关研究项目“原发性骨质疏松防治研究”。

　　专业特长为妇科临床疑难杂症的诊治，妇科良恶性肿瘤的高难度手术，以及围绝经及绝经后雌激素水平降低相关疾病的医疗与基础研究尤其对围绝经期（更年期）综合症，及女性生殖内分泌激素替代治疗妇女不育等病有丰富的临床经验。荣获1991年中央卫生部优秀教师及1996年全国妇幼卫生先进工作者奖励。
